SAP/DOT Services

We provide the following Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) services:

DOT (Department of Transportation) evaluations in compliance with
49CFR Part 40 guidelines.

Approriate referrals for classes/treatment.

Monitoring of compliance with recommended services.

Follow-up evaluations.

Consultation and coordination of services with the employer.

Our SAP / DOT evaluations are offered in-person or online virtually through Zoom.
